Ellen Quintelier guides and advises clients in the field of company law and corporate taxation. She has special expertise in assisting clients in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of their company.
Education
Ellen graduated from KULeuven (Master of Law) in 2009 and then specialized further at Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel, where she received a postgraduate degree in Taxation in 2010. She is a lawyer at the Brussels Bar. Ellen has been a member of the Cazimir team since 2011.
Practice areas
Ellen mainly focuses on corporate and tax law. She has special expertise in assisting clients in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
As a senior employee, she builds a long-term relationship with her clients and guides them and their companies throughout the year with their corporate and tax questions.
She provides legal advice to companies, their shareholders and directors and also edits shareholders agreements and other company contracts and documents. She always does so with special attention to the tax aspects involved.

Ellen regularly organizes internal seminars at the office for junior associates on current tax topics.
