Evelyne Van der Elst has special knowledge of international property planning, migration law and transboundary social law.

Education

Evelyne obtained a master in Law at the University of Ghent (2011) and a master of Arts in Migration Studies at the University of Kent (2012). Evelyne is Dutch-speaking but also speaks French and English. She is a lawyer at the Brussels Bar.

Practice areas

Evelyne provides counsel to private clients on a wide range of immigration related matters. Regardless of your motives for relocating, she will identify the most suitable immigration route and guide you through every aspect of the process. Specific attention is given to all questions related to international estate and tax planning.

Publications and other professional activities

Evelyne is Academic Researcher at Ghent Universiteit (Internationaal and European law) and co-founder of Babynest vzw. She is a member of international law associations such as AIJA and IBA.

Evelyne has been selected by her peers for inclusion in the 11th Edition of The Best Lawyers in Belgium for her work in Immigration Law in 2021.

Leisure
