Dieter Moens
Attorney
Dieter is a tax specialist and has focused since the beginning of his career on tax litigation in every aspect. This applies to corporate tax, personal income tax and VAT. He counsels taxpayers from A to Z throughout the tax litigation process (both in the administrative and the judicial phase).
Education
Dieter obtained his master degree in Law (with distinction) at KU Leuven in 2016. In addition, Dieter also obtained the degrees of Communication Sciences (with distinction) and European Studies (with high distinction) at the KU Leuven.
Dieter is a lawyer at the Bar of Antwerp. He has been a member of the Cazimir team since 2021.

Dieter has a particular interest in all aspects of tax procedure (both direct and indirect taxes, both administrative and judicial).
