Dieter Moens
Attorney
Dieter is a tax specialist and has focused on tax litigation in all its aspects since the beginning of his career. This includes corporate tax, personal income tax, VAT, as well as regional taxes (registration and inheritance tax). He guides taxpayers from A to Z through the tax procedure (both in the administrative and judicial phases).
Education
Dieter holds a Master of Laws degree from KU Leuven. Afterwards, he also obtained the Postgraduate degree in Fiscal Sciences at the Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel. In addition, Dieter also obtained the degrees of Communication Science and European Studies at KU Leuven.
As a lawyer, Dieter has been a member of the Antwerp Bar since 2016. He has been a member of the Cazimir team since 2021.
