Elisabeth is a civil lawyer and focuses on (inter)national estate planning, family property law and civil litigations.
Education
Elisabeth obtained a Master in Notarial (2017) and Master in Law (2016) diploma from Ghent University. She is a lawyer-trainee at the Brussels bar and has been a member of the Cazimir team since 2017.
Practice areas
Elisabeth focuses on family property law and planning. She assists clients in their wealth planning and pays a lot of attention to their individual wishes and concerns.
In addition, within the Cazimir team, Elisabeth focuses on litigation concerning matters of estate planning, more particularly with regard to the liquidation and partition of matrimonial estates. She always tries her best to find amicable solutions.
In addition to handling various legal files, Elisabeth likes to get into her pen. Writing legal articles is an interesting and varied way for her to further specialize in the field of family property law.

Leisure
Elisabeth is a big animal lover. She spends most of her free time with her dog and horses, but she also enjoys spending time with her partner, family and friends.
