Wisdom Carlings

Wisdom obtained her degree in Business Management, specializing in Real Estate and Insurance, from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences in 2024. Her professional career began at Crelan, where she specialized in insurance. Subsequently, she joined the team at BEM-experts as a claims manager.

Driven by her growing interest in the legal aspects of the sector, Wisdom decided to broaden her expertise. She is currently combining her work with a degree in Legal Practice at UC Leuven - Limburg via a work-study track. Wisdom was specifically seeking a challenge within the legal world where she could realize her ambitions and continue to grow as a professional.

Wisdom’s background in the banking and insurance sectors, with specific experience in bank management and claims handling, forms a strong foundation for her current role. At Cazimir, she translates this expertise into practice by providing targeted support to the team in financial and compliance matters. Together with her colleagues, she ensures flawless financial administration and meticulous file management. Wisdom has been strengthening the Cazimir team since February 2026.

In her spare time, Wisdom strives for a healthy balance between relaxation and activity. She enjoys completely unwinding at a spa or during a pleasant dinner out. At the same time, she finds great satisfaction in staying active, frequently spending time in nature for long walks or participating in various activities that give her energy.
